[home-assistant/core] Prevent Inkbird BLE sensors from matching Chef iQ (#188557)

Target issue https://github.com/home assistant/core/issues/188557 Task Fix the Chef iQ Bluetooth discovery/parser false positive where an Inkbird sps/tps sensor reports manufacturer data that is interpreted as company ID 1485 at 14.85 C. Keep the change scoped to validating the known non Chef iQ advertisement or Chef iQ protocol data before creating entities. Deliverables Focused upstream code change and a pull request linked to issue 188557. Regression tests proving Inkbird style sps/tps advertisements are not discovered as Chef iQ, including the 1485 collision, while valid Chef iQ advertisements remain supported. Test notes with the targeted command and result. Final submission must include commit hash, PR URL, and test notes.
