Job description
FishBot (@fishinglogs bot) — after user logs a catch, show a hint about nearest achievement progress. Example: "🏆 Ещё 3 окуня до ачивки Охотник за окунем!". Function get progress hint() exists in bot/services/achievements.py but needs improvement. Should pick the closest incomplete achievement and show encouraging message. Stack: Python 3.12, aiogram 3.x, SQLAlchemy async.
