Job description
Project: @fishinglogs bot (Python 3.12, aiogram 3.x). Bug: /start sends new message without removing old menu. Fix: in start.py use menu msg id from UserSettings.modules to edit existing menu. Rules: all inline buttons must edit current message, never create new messages from navigation. Deliver: code diff + py compile passing.
