[tauri-apps/tauri] Fix issue #15837: asset protocol multi-range responses

GitHub issue: https://github.com/tauri apps/tauri/issues/15837 Scope: Fix the asset protocol multi range response path in tauri apps/tauri. Required deliverable: Open an upstream PR against tauri apps/tauri that fixes issue 15837. Address all three reported response defects: multipart close delimiter, duplicate Content Type header, and missing 206 Partial Content status for multi range responses. Add or update regression coverage around multi range asset protocol responses. Keep the change scoped to crates/tauri/src/protocol/asset.rs and directly related tests unless the investigation proves another file is necessary. Submission requirements: Provide the upstream PR URL. Provide the PR head commit hash. Include the test command(s) run and relevant output.
