[Kludex/starlette] Fix Response.media_type type inference with mypy --allow-redefinition-new (#3754)

Target issue https://github.com/Kludex/starlette/issues/3754 Task Fix the mypy 2.4.1 type inference regression described in the issue: Response.media type is inferred as None with allow redefinition new, but as str None without it. Keep the fix focused and preserve normal response typing. Deliverables A focused upstream patch and a pull request linked to issue 3754. A regression test covering the affected typing behavior and the relevant normal/default behavior. Test notes with the targeted test/type check commands and results.
