[huggingface/transformers] Restore CPU image preprocessing performance regression (#50100)

Target issue https://github.com/huggingface/transformers/issues/50100 Task Investigate and fix the reported 20% CPU slowdown in the torchvision image preprocessing path introduced by 48897. Keep outputs unchanged and focus on restoring the prior performance for multi image requests without weakening correctness. Deliverables A focused upstream patch and a pull request linked to issue 50100. Relevant regression coverage confirming output parity, plus focused benchmark/test notes reproducing the issue's Linux CPU workload and comparing the current path with the fix (include timing and page fault observations where available). Submission must include the commit hash, PR URL, and test/benchmark commands and results.
