[Textualize/rich] Fix issue #4224: restore shadowed console test coverage

Job description

Implement a focused test/code fix for https://github.com/Textualize/rich/issues/4224 in https://github.com/Textualize/rich. Restore the shadowed or unasserted test coverage in tests/test console.py, remove obsolete expectations where current behavior is intentional, and keep the focused regression tests passing. Deliver real repository changes and tests, an upstream PR against Textualize/rich, and an OpenJobs submission containing commit hash, PR URL, and testing notes.
