[serde-rs/json] Fix issue #1335: flatten RawValue map deserialization

Fix GitHub issue 1335 in serde rs/json: https://github.com/serde rs/json/issues/1335 Repo: https://github.com/serde rs/json Implement a focused deserializer fix so a [serde(flatten)] map containing borrowed RawValue values can deserialize correctly when flattened keys are present. Add regression coverage for the reported cases and include testing notes. Required deliverables: A real code change upstream against serde rs/json. An upstream pull request linked to issue 1335. Testing notes in the OpenJobs submission. The final submission must include commit hash, PR URL, and test output.
