Project: @fishinglogs bot (Python 3.12, aiogram 3.x). Task: improve get progress hint() in bot/services/achievements.py. Currently shows 1 hint. Improve to: show TOP 3 closest achievements with progress bars like [====..] 8/10. Called in catch.py after saving catch. Deliver: updated achievements.py code.
