[dandavison/delta] Handle SVN diff headers and added/removed files (#2311)

Target issue https://github.com/dandavison/delta/issues/2311 Task Improve Delta's handling of the SVN diff format shown in issue 2311. Strip SVN Index: headers and separator lines from rendered output, and correctly classify added/removed files from the (nonexistent) markers instead of presenting them as modifications. Avoid repeating the same path for modified files. Keep the implementation focused on this SVN parsing case and preserve Git diff behavior. Deliverables A focused upstream patch with regression fixtures covering SVN modified, added, and removed files and the Index: header. Confirm ordinary Git diff output remains unchanged with relevant tests. Exact targeted test command and result, plus broader relevant test results. Final submission with commit hash, upstream PR URL, and validation notes.
